Japanese tech giant Sony is all set to launch its newest Xperia smartphone line-up at the upcoming IFA technology expo, scheduled to be held in Berlin, Germany later this year. As per recent rumours, the company will be launching three smartphones — Xperia XZ1, Xperia XZ1 Compact and Xperia X1.
According to Review.ge website, Sony’s upcoming smartphones will offer enhanced imaging capabilities. The Xperia XZ1 is said to be the company’s second flagship of 2017, while the other two smartphones will be budget offerings.
The Xperia XZ1 is expected to feature a 5.2-inch Full HD display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution. It’ll likely be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. Having water and dust resistance, the XZ1 is expected to be backed by a 4,000mAh battery.
As for the Xperia XZ1 Compact, it’ll have a 4.6-inch Full HD display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution. It one will also be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone will likely pack a 2,800mAh battery.
